Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is inching towards hitting a century at the box office. Earlier it seemed that the feat would be accomplished on Thursday itself, especially when Saturday and Sunday were huge (owing to Eid) and then Monday too had managed a double digit score. However, once the collections dropped to Rs. 6.12 crores on Tuesday, it was pretty evident that the film would take some time before finding its way into the Rs. 100 Crore Club.

Nonetheless, the film is still there in theatres and is now collecting, albeit on the lower levels. On Saturday, the collections moved up a bit to Rs. 3.10 crores. Not that one was aiming for much bigger numbers since the trend on Thursday and Friday had indicated that the growth that comes in over the weekend would be rather controlled instead of exponential. As a result, the best that one can now hope for the Salman Khan starrer is to go past the Rs. 4 crores mark again on Sunday.

As for the milestone that the Farhad Samji film is aiming for, then that’s about crossing the Rs. 100 crores mark. That should finally happen today as the film has accumulated Rs. 97.31 crores so far and even if the footfalls remain on the same lines as yesterday then at least there would be enough moolah accumulated to help the film hit a century. That said, one definitely expected a much faster pace and score for the film in the days gone by.
